OUR PROCESS:
Each Ash Francomb tee is printed & hand dyed using special "sunwashed" hues & a vintage wash to give the tee it's unique 'vibe'. All of our tees are created using soft, fine quality cotton. We do not use tees from blank companies, we cut and sew our tees so they are tailored & form fitting. We leave the tee's seams 'raw' to emphasize our vintage 'look'. Our tees have a flattering scoop neck and are longer in the body so the fit is 'sexy' not 'boxy' ! All tees are pre-washed when they are hand dyed so they will not typically shrink once you receive them~
WANT A MEN'S TEE or a tee for your TODDLER or BABY?
We can print our designs on tees for Men and Babies -just call e-mail or call us and we will e-mail you the Size, Style & Color Info.

The color of T Shirts shown on the web site may not exactly match the color of the T Shirt you receive as we have no control over user computer monitor settings (color settings, resolution, etc.). Other variations can occur as we produce the T Shirts to have a ‘vintage’ or ‘distressed’ finish which can have some variety in the production process.
When your tee arrives you will receive care instructions in your package so your tee will continue to look like a vintage tee from your favorite trip, surf adventure or rock concert!

SHIPPING POLICY:
Since each tee is custom made for you-we need a little extra time so we ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (your product will ship in 1-3 business days) We send our tees to you via usps PRIORITY MAIL.
Once your order has been shipped from our studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the US Postal Service.
The US Postal Service does not provide real-time tracking, so the tracking number you receive will tell you:
When your order was shipped & When your package was marked delivered
Since the USPS does not provide real time tracking- we are unable to determine where your package is during the delivery process. All good things are worth the wait ! so please be patient.....
You can expect orders within the US to be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date it was shipped (unless you upgraded to 1-2 Day Express Shipping), and International orders may take from 6-10 business days to be delivered from the date is was shipped depending on the country and customs.
We cannot guarantee USPS delivery times. If for some reason you are having a problem with your delivery, you can email us and we will look into it for you.
****If you buy more than one tee you still only pay the flat domestic shipping rate of $7.00. In other words if you buy more tees your shipping cost does not go up!

USPS Overnight Express ....................................$19 (Delivery by 3pm Next Day)
If you are ordering from a country outside the USA- Be sure to note that The Ash Francomb Shop.com is not responsible for customs or excise import fees that International countries* may levy upon package arrival. Below is a list of countries we ship to.
International Priority Mail usually takes 6-10 business days for delivery

REFUND, RETURNS, & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
KEEP IN MIND THAT EACH ORDER IS CREATED CUSTOM FOR YOU SPECIFICALLY~
The Ash Francomb Shop will give a full refund or exchange on all non-sale items returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition. Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer.
For returns in the U.S., there will be a $7.00 charge to reship the item to the customer. For returns outside of the U.S., shipping will vary accordingly to the specific location. If The Ash Francomb Shop improperly ships an item, The Ash Francomb Shop will cover all shipping and handling costs.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. On exchanges made for items of lesser value the customer will receive store credit in the amount of the remaining balance. On exchanges made for items of greater value the customer will be charged in the amount of the overage.
Note: The Ash Francomb Shop is not responsible for misplaced mail. Please ensure that your package gets to our return address by insuring your return package.
